Product description:
Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus) is an herb native to Europe and parts of Asia but is now also commonly cultivated in North America.  Because of its bitter properties, Blessed Thistle has traditionally been used as a digestive tonic as well as to stimulate a poor appetite.*

Inactive Ingredients::
Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate

Warnings:
Blessed Thistle is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.  Not recommended for those with serious appetite conditions, such as anorexia nervosa.  High doses (more thatn 5,000 mg per day) may irritate the stomach and cause vomiting.  Keep out of reach of children.  CAUTION: Please discard the inedible freshness packet enclosed.
