Product description:
L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea that promotes relaxation without the drowsiness or negative side effects associated with other calming agents. L-Theanine also supports healthy cardiovascular function through this relaxing effect as well as its antioxidant properties.

Inactive Ingredients::
Cellulose (capsule), White Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcaps® 1 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings:
As with all dietary supplements, do not take this product if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking any prescription medications without prior medical consultation. Please keep out of reach of children. Do to its calming effects, it’s not recommended that you consume alcoholic beverages while taking L-Theanine. Do not take L-Theanine before driving or operating machinery.
