Muscle Tension NOW® Arnica Cooling Relief Gel contains 10% Arnica to help soothe away minor tensions and occasional soreness. It penetrates deep and goes to work quickly to provide immediate relief, and is gentle enough for daily use. For added support, we've enriched this high potency Arnica gel with Natural Mint Oils, Lavender, Chamomile and Vitamin K. This product is great for people on the go, small enough to travel with, and dries quickly on the skin. Ingredients: De-ionized Water, Liquid Arnica Extract (Arnica spp.), Carrageenan, Glucose/Glucose Oxidase/Lactoperoxidase (natural preservatie), Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Aloe Vera (Leaf), Chamomile Liquid Extract (Matricaria recutita), Witch Hazel Liquid Extract (Hamarnelis virginiana), Lavender Oil, Peppermint Oil, Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopherol), Green Tea Extract (Camellia siensis) and Vitamin K (phytonadione).

Suggested Use:
Apply desired amount of NOW® Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension or discomfort. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is alleviated. Keep away from sensitive areas of the body, and do not ingest.
